Just Move is co-owned by Sara Burhans and Heather Christy and offers group fitness classes and personal training that alter your definition of exercise. We aim to provide a fun, energetic and supportive community with a dedicated team of fitness instructors to help you meet your wellness goals. We are a welcoming community comprised of individuals of all ages, abilities and fitness levels striving to achieve healthier lifestyles through energizing and fun fitness programs. Our goal is to inspire participants to become their personal best physically, spiritually and emotionally.
Our instructors and our facility are committed to continuing education in the area of fitness and health. We strive to offer the most relevant classes, exercises and information available. We also partner with local businesses and non-profits to help our participants connect with resources and tools for stress management, support groups, nutrition and cooking classes.
Just Move Fitness and More offers a positive atmosphere for those who desire an alternative to traditional fitness classes and facilities. The pricing is flexible – drop-in classes, punch cards, or unlimited options – to meet your schedule and budget needs.
We offer many choices for morning, evening and weekend classes – over 25 classes each week. Our facility is also available for party rental!
Just Move Fitness and More opened in late October 2012 with a Party in Pink Zumbathon® Fundraiser for Breast Cancer Research. We celebrated our 1-year anniversary with a CharityWERQ® event benefiting Kalamazoo’s Prevention Works, Inc. You will often see Just Move instructors out in the community, spreading the gospel that fitness can be fun!
