CB Training is a dynamic fitness environment catering to all fitness levels.

Train with an ACE (American Council on Exercise) fitness professional and learn how to move your best to reduce injury and create sustainable habits. Gain confidence and a greater appreciation for your body and all that you can do!

  • Free initial consultation and assessment
  • One-on-One Training
    10am-2pm – $40/session
    6-10am or 3-8pm – $75/session
  • Small Group Training – up to 10 people
    10am-2pm – $60
    6-10am or 3-8pm – $100/session

  • Receive 10% off unlimited membership while participating in a personal training program.
