At Just Move, we want our participants to have the opportunity to be well-rounded in their fitness routine. For strong muscles and a sharp mind, and to prevent injury, it is important to have classes that focus on the mind-body connection and stretching, along with strengthening our cores and improving our postures!
Feel the mind-body connection while you stretch and strengthen your muscles. No previous yoga experience is necessary; however, our trained instructors will challenge you if you are an experienced yogi! In Summer 2014, we took our yoga class outside to Celery Flats and enjoyed the natural environment for the summer practice.
Yoga is an excellent way to build core strength and in this class, we will explore postures and movement that focus on the primary muscles that stabilize the “core” of your body. We will strengthen and stretch the abdomen, back, glutes, hamstrings and hip flexors.

LeBARRE takes the hottest trend in dance-inspired conditioning, ballet barre training, combined with Balance, Agility, Resistance, working Recovery and Eloquence to make a challenging workout that is also suitable for every level of exerciser. The portable Lebert Equalizer is a balance tool and also provides weighted resistance and assistance. No dance experience or pink tights required!
This original class will strengthen, sculpt and stretch your entire body in this workout that uses steps and techniques from ballet and pilates. We use gliding disks, resistance bands, small balls and more to really target the glutes and core.
A strong and balanced core is the foundation for healthy movement and day-to-day living. In Core Basics, we will strengthen all aspects of the core and learn how to fully engage it in basic movements and exercises.
