We’ll use punching bags, jump ropes and weights to increase strength, stamina and speed as well as awesome music and moves to keep it fun and furious. Time to leave it all on the floor and take on the Sweet Science!
Total Body Bootcamp classes are based on High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) using short, intense intervals of strength or cardio exercises for 60 seconds or less, followed by short rest. It is specifically formulated to fit every fitness level, from beginner to advanced. Work hard, dig deep and become stronger!
Kettlebell POWER will incorporate both lower-weight and higher-weight kettlebells to get an efficient, low-impact total body workout. We’ll be using heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves to increase strength, speed and POWER!

A strong and balanced core is the foundation for healthy movement and day-to-day living. In Core Basics, we will strengthen all aspects of the core and learn how to fully engage it in basic movements and exercises.
Intervals, endurance, time trials and races on the WaterRowerGX. Similar to a spin class but on the rowing machine – low-impact but uses 9 muscle groups. Whether you are the captain or just part of the crew, you will row 2 or more miles before you know it. Let’s go for a row!
This workout combines rowing on our WaterRowerGX rowers and strength exercises for a low-impact, total body workout! Row for 1- to 3-minute intervals and end up rowing over a mile in each 30-minute class!
Dubbed by the media as “the most efficient total-body workout in the world,” ShockWave is extreme cross-training at its best! This circuit challenge utilizes a specially designed WaterRower machine to provide short-burst, high-intensity, calorie-torching intervals along with functional strength and sculpting stations designed to target and chisel the legs, the core and the arms. You will find yourself working harder than you ever imagined because of the camaraderie, friendly team competition and motivation designed to push you to your max effort and provide extreme results! We have both 30-minute and 45-minute classes.
