- Student/Teacher Summer Special: 3 Months for $99.

We want to reward students and teachers for all the hard work they’ve done during the school year! Come move with us for an extra-special low rate this summer! You can start your 3-month membership at any time.

*Students must be 21 years or younger full time students/ **Teachers include school support staff – bring your valid id to your first class – without verification your special will be converted to a $100 18-class punch card.

- For everyone else – you deserve a treat too! 3-Month Memberships are on sale for $120 ($10 a week!) until 6/30!

For every Challenge goal met, you will receive an entry into our drawing for a free 6-month unlimited monthly membership to Just Move Fitness and More ($270 value!).

 - Attend at least 3 group fitness classes each week. (You can substitute other fitness activity at home or another locations as needed – just let us know!). For every multiple of 3, get another entry!

  • Drop-in Pre-Challenge Fitness Assessment – Sunday, April 14th 2:00pm – 4:00pm (If you can’t attend, contact us to set up an alternate time)
  • New Class Schedule Begins – Monday, April 15th. More times, more offerings of the classes you love so you can attend 3 or more classes a week easily!
  • Nutrition workshop – Sunday, April 28th, 3:30pm (and then stay for SWEAT at 4:30pm)
  • Drop-in Post- Challenge Fitness Assessment – Tuesday, May 28th 5:30pm – 7:30pm (If you can’t attend, contact us to set up an alternate time)
  • Drawing for Free 6-Month Unlimited Membership to Just Move Fitness and More – Friday, May 31st 7:15pm after Happy Hour class (do not need to be present to win)

Spring Break Camps!

Make this Spring Break unforgettable for your kids and let us MOVE them!

All camps will include activities, games and healthy eating tips.Classes are taught by Heather Christy, AFAA (American Fitness Association of Exercise) Group Fitness Instructor and Sara Burhans, ACE (American Council on Exercise) Personal Trainer.

 R.I.P.P.E.D. 4 Kids is a unique fitness formula to get kids fit while having fun and moving to music!

R – Rhythm:  Enhance coordination and musicality through movement to beats from around the world.

I – Intervals:  Super-fun, high-intensity activities with bouts of active recovery to improve speed and performance.

P – Power:  All about the muscles – what they are, how they work and how to make them stronger.

P – Plyometrics:  Explosive movements designed to improve agility and coordination.

E – Endurance:  Simple mixed martial arts and self-defense techniques.

D – Diet & Nutrition:  Helpful tips on healthy eating with recipes and snack ideas designed to fuel the body.

R.I.P.P.E.D. 4 Kids will run from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Monday, April 1st and Wednesday, April 3rd.

Ages: 6-12

Cost: $40 for both days, $25 for one day

Zumbatomic is a fun dance fitness program designed exclusively for kids.  Zumbatomic classes are rockin’, high-energy fitness parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love, like hip-hop, reggaeton, cumbia and more. Parents love Zumbatomic because of the effects it has on kids, increasing their focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhancing coordination.

Zumbatomic will run from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2nd and Thursday, April 4th.

Ages: 4-7

Cost: $35 for both days, $20 for one day

Back by popular demand … BOGO Drop-In Classes

Until March 8th, buy a drop-in class and get credit for 2 (so you get two classes for $8!). You can buy online or at the studio. Classes purchased this week can be used anytime during the next six months. No limit so stock up before this deal is gone!

SPCA Fundraiser on Saturday, 3/2, 4pm!

Come join the Xtreme Z Team at Just Move for 90 minutes of Zumba on Saturday, 3/2, starting at 4pm! All proceeds will benefit the SPCA of Kalamazoo. Suggested donation is $10. Doors will open at 3:30pm.

Even if you have never tried dance fitness before, you are welcome! The area’s dogs and cats will thank you too!

WERQ Master Class and Last Chance for FREE Personal Training

Thanks to everyone who attended our Morning Sampler on February 20th! We hope to have more of these events at different times in the future because we think it is a great way for people to see all the fun fitness classes we offer!

Coming up this weekend, we are hosting a Master Class with WERQ dance.fitness.workout with co-creator Julie Steffen!! Anyone is welcome to attend this awesome class that combines fun dance fitness moves with Top 40 pop, rock, and hip hop hits.

Friday, Feb 1st – No Morning Classes but Tonight will be Hot!

There is NO Yoga Groove this morning at 10:15am but we are gearing up for the debut of our new Happy Hour class followed by our Ladies Night Event with snacks, shopping, and socializing this evening!

This FREE event begins with the class of dance fitness and strengthening exercises taught by Carmen James from 6-7pm followed by the social time from 7-8pm.
